When I arrived in Australia Hugh & Co was the first company to take me as a full-time employee and give my chance to be become a member of his organisation. After a year, I asked Hugh if he could sponsor me, he immediately gives me that chance too. Working at Hugh & Co was not only a working experience from my point view but it has also changed my life in a better way.

What I can say that the company has offered me so many opportunities over the years such as, training that I needed to improve my skills and Knowledge, they have helped me step up from worker to a supervisor position, they have always offered support in difficult times. Also Hugh has offered me the chance to work overseas in Vanuatu where I was training brick paving to the locals, that was on the best working experience I had in my life. To conclude my experience a Hugh & Co was a blast and has provided the knowledge, the confidence that I needed to chase new challenges in my life.
